A natural processed lot from Bekele Karchara in Sidama, Ethiopia. Karchara represents a slightly higher altitude selection to what we have seen in the past - a response to the emerging threat of climate change on our precious coffee plant. With no water or electricity, Karchara and 75 local farmers use only traditional tools and methods to produce clean and expressive coffees! First pass we found a raspberry mousse, floral and lightly spiced aftertaste - rich and juicy on the hot pass; when we went by for second pass, we found a raspberry cordial, golden currant sweetness in a vibrant and complex cup!
Coffee Collective was founded by 2006 World Barista Champion Klaus Thomsen as well as Peter Dupont and Casper Engel Rasmussen and they roast in Copenhagen, Denmark. This coffee was roasted on 9.10.25.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
