A washed Pacamara from Arnaud Causse’s ‘Terrazas del Pisque’ in Pichincha, Ecuador. We’re tasting here a very particular representation of this soft and expressive variety, thanks to TdP. They operate at a very high altitude at 2080masl, use regenerative agricultural practices and thanks to their semi-arid, high altitude location, we get slow ripening and drying times that lead to increased complexity across the board. What a remarkably complex and utterly delicious Pacamara: very sweet and delicate with a winey complexity, we tasted mango, florals and cherry!
Flower Child was founded by Prestin Yoder and they roast in Oakland, California. This coffee was roasted on 24.2.2025.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 4 to 13 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container, and aiming for higher extractions while brewing. (See our Brew Guides for more info!)
