These trapezoid papers pair great with the April Brewer and the Orea Brewer for a 'low bypass' brew that maximises sweetness. With the April brewer they can increase drawdown speed, and with the Orea brewer they can be slightly slower. They're a fantastic way to try new approaches to brewing.
