The unassuming Yellow Bourbon variety is the star here, and what you’ll find is a pretty classic Brazilian profile with a complex and vibrant aftertaste and surprising amount of acidity - thanks not only to the decent altitude of the coffee but also thanks to the pyramidal shape of the cherries as they ferment. We found a clean and complex stonefruit profile of peach alongside lemon, cacao and chocolate.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eULT was founded by Boram Um, Takahiro Tsujimoto and Marcia Yoko and they roast in Osaka, Japan. This coffee was roasted on 3.6.2026.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis coffee is 150g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
