An anaerobic natural ‘Kenya Juana’ variety from Rodolfo Ruffatti’s ‘Finca El Salvador’ in the Santa Ana mountain range of El Salvador. We are big fans of Ruffatti’s, thanks to his typically extraordinary processing of coffees that can come from lower altitudes. Kenya Juana appears to be some kind of Kenyan coffee variety, which Ruffatti received from Juana Salvadora Barrientos’ Finca San Francisco. We love this big 120 hour processing here, finding an insanely sweet and juicy cup: we tasted bright sweetness, rhubarb, pineapple, dark chocolate and raspberry in an excellent profile.
Friedhats was founded by four-time Dutch Barista Champion Lex Wenneker and Dylan Sedgwick, and they roast in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. This coffee was roasted on 18.2.2025.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
