A washed Pink Bourbon lot from Yobani Ramos and Yaved Guarnizo in Tarqui, Colombia. We always love having Ramos and Guarnizo's coffees on our shores and were extremely impressed with their Pink Bourbon lot this year. We found a vibrant and tropical cup that reminded us of blood orange, rhubarb and florals!
Koppi was founded by former Swedish Barista and Brewers Cup Champion, Anne Lunell and Charles Nystrand, and they roast in Helsingborg, Sweden. This coffee was roasted on 17.5.23.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
