
A natural anaerobic Java lot from Rogelio Espinoza’s ‘La Bonita’ in Pinares, Huila, Colombia. Espinozas farm is at a meagre two hectares, and we’re pleased with how this sealed fermentation has delivered a bit of funk, booze and body to what we normally find to be a very soft and understated variety. We found a cup that reminded us of those Lindt Blueberry & Acai Dark Chocolate Balls. I also wrote "Goji?". Charlie tasted Starburst. It's cool!

This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
