A ‘supernatural’ selection of Castillo, Caturra, Geisha, Pink B and Colombia varieties from a town of 20 smallholders around the Montalvo village in Tolima, Colombia. This community have been working together at their local mill, ‘Especiales Tres Esquinas’. The coffee was fermented in whole cherry for 75 hours before being dried over 2 weeks, moving from raised beds, tarps and a mechanical dryer before giving us this wonderfully intense profile: cherry, raspberry, green apple in a fresh and vibrant profile.
Friedhats was founded by four-time Dutch Barista Champion Lex Wenneker and Dylan Sedgwick, and they roast in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. This coffee was roasted on 20.2.2025.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
