It’s that time of year where I get to say my favourite sentence, ‘If I hAd To ChOoSe A fAvOuRiTe CoFfEe PrOdUcEr’, it would probably be Pillcocaja. Many thanks to years of drinking April coffee for this, I love their sweet and candy-adjacent takes on coffees. This is a super clean anaerobic natural Typica lot from Hacienda Pillcocaja in Ecuador, and this time we’re getting a really sweet expression of purple jelly, black grape, blackberry, vanilla and plum on a bed of silk!
April was founded by 2019 World Brewers Cup Runner-up Patrik Rolf in 2016, and they roast in Copenhagen, Denmark. This coffee was roasted on 13.08.24.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
