A soft and delicate expression of Yirgacheffe coffee. Konga is a fairly iconic Washing Station, in fact I'm pretty sure it was 2016 or 17 that I had a washed lot from Konga roasted by either Sample or Mecca at Cornersmith in Marrickville and it was just one of the best things I've ever tasted. Anyway this lot is might fine itself, showcasing a crisp and clear expression of papaya, green tea and florals!

This coffee is 200g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
