Very cool to have two similar-yet-contrasting varieties here, with the Red B almost feeling Kenya-esque: ripe red fruits, crisp apple and blackcurrant dominated the hot pass, and as it cooled it shifted toward rosehip and blueberries with a winey and complex aftertaste!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u2028\u2028Subtext was founded by Alex Castellani, and they roast in Toronto, Canada.
