A washed Catuaí lot from Marysabel Caballero & Moises Herrera's El Pantanal in Chinacla, Marcala, Honduras. We're naturally no strangers to the work of the Caballero family and we don't really get sick of having their coffees around! This lot was nicely juicy with some florals, great balance and a slightly tart acidity. Apricot and caramel sounds pretty bang on to me!

Talormade was founded by Talor Browne and they roast in Oslo, Norway. This coffee was roasted on 17.6.24.

This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
