This lot is very complex, yet clean and refined - just what we expect from the Java varietal. A winey and fruity coffee with flavours that reminded us of papaya, berries, red apple and florals!
Drop Coffee is run by three time Swedish Roasting champion Joanna Alm and Steven Leighton, and they roast in Stockholm, Sweden. This coffee was roasted on 28/3/22.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
