A Citric Carbonic Honey Bourbon N39 lot from the Gaia Farm in Arusha, Tanzania. This lot is from a series of experiments at Gaia Farm - this one in particular had whole cherries fermented with citric acid for 150 hours before being dried slowly over 12 days. This is a very beautiful and jelly-like coffee with flavours that reminded us of strawberry, lime and berries!

Manhattan was founded by decorated baristas Esther Maasdam and Ben Morrow, and they roast in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. This coffee was roasted on 16/5/22.

This coffee is 125g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
