A washed Wolisho and Kurume lot from the Duromina Cooperative in Agaro, western Ethiopia. Coffees for this lot come from high altitudes nearby and are lightly fermented and washed at the Nano Challa Washing Station! We found a super sweet and balanced profile that reminded us of peach, nectarine and black tea!
Koppi was founded by former Swedish Barista and Brewers Cup Champion, Anne Lunell and Charles Nystrand, and they roast in Helsingborg, Sweden. This coffee was roasted on 3.11.22.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
