A washed Bourbon, Castillo, Caturra and Colombia lot from Asobombo, in Huila, Colombia. This is a lot from a collective of 15 women producers, all who farm with full organic certification! This was a great example of how understatedly brilliant a well roasted Colombian Cooperative lot can be, reminding us of mandarin and brown sugar!
