A washed 'Vareidad Colombia' lot from Yobani Ramon and Yaved Guarnizo Tarqui, Colombia. Ramon and Guarnizo farm using mostly biodynamic and organic practices, which lead to a very special cup! We found a balanced and floral cup, and we were reminded of red berries and pear!

This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
