A yellow honey Typica lot from Monte Copey's 'Finca La Mesa' in Costa Rica. This Typica lot is incredibly clean and sweet with flavours that reminded us of rich berries, plum and chocolate!
Koppi was founded by former Swedish Barista and Brewers Cup Champion, Anne Lunell and Charles Nystrand, and they roast in Helsingborg, Sweden. This coffee was roasted on 31/3/22.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
