A washed Costa Rica 95 and Caturra lot from Ylder Herrera's farm Flor Del Valle in Lonya Grande, Peru. Herrera has only two hectares of coffee on his farm, and this particular lot represents over 70% of his annual harvest. We tasted a clean and balanced cup with some floral notes, and we were reminded of fig, chrysanthemum and chocolate!
Koppi was founded by former Swedish Barista and Brewers Cup Champion, Anne Lunell and Charles Nystrand, and they roast in Helsingborg, Sweden. This coffee was roasted on 17.5.23.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
