An outstanding natural Sidra from Nestor Lasso’s El Diviso farm in Hula, Colombia. This is a remarkably rich cup, with a huge amount of sweetness and pops of refreshing acidity throughout. We were reminded of cherry liqueur, raspberry cordial, pomegranate and Black Forest cake.
Dak was founded by Louis-Philippe Boucher and Veronique Lagarde, and they roast in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This coffee was roasted on 7.11.22.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
