A Wolisho and Dega lot from single producer Kedir Bali in the Konga region of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. These single producer lots give a really special insight into what can truly happen with a more independent coffee production in Ethiopia. We found a very juicy and delicious cup, with flavours like red berries, mandarin and orange!
Koppi was founded by former Swedish Barista and Brewers Cup Champion, Anne Lunell and Charles Nystrand, and they roast in Helsingborg, Sweden. This coffee was roasted on 3.11.22.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
