We've been really impressed by the unique Rwandan coffees we've seen this year and this one is no exception. This is a natural processed Bourbon varietal from the relatively new Kibirizi Washing Station in Nyamagabe region of Rwanda. The result is a balanced and rich coffee with flavours that reminded us of strawberry and orange and a creamy vibe that reminded us of a lemon tart.
MOK was founded by two time Belgian Cup Tasters Champion Jens Crabbe, and they roast in Leuven, Sweden. This coffee was roasted on 12/5/22.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
