A washed ‘thermal shock’ Castillo from Diego Samuel Bermudez’ Finca el Paraiso. This is one of the most unique cup profiles we’ve ever tasted, with an extremely ‘cakey’ vibe that reminds us of eating a fresh cardamom bun. We found flavours that reminded us of cardamom, vanilla and freshly baked cake.
Dak was founded by Louis-Philippe Boucher and Veronique Lagarde, and they roast in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This coffee was roasted on 7.11.22.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
