This is our first time seeing the name Siti, and it is located in Gedeb - one of the younger coffee growing regions in Ethiopia, with trees roughly 10-20 years old. Narrowing the gap of traceability, it's very cool to get to experience these smaller Washing Stations expressions of coffee, and through a stellar start to the 2026 season, we taste a dynamic and crystal clear lot, reminding us of cris lemon and florals whilst hot, cooling into a winey-rosewater, peach, mango and sherbet whilst cool.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSey was founded by Lance Schnorenberg and Tobin Polk, and they roast in Brooklyn, New York. This coffee was roasted on 20.7.2026. We recommend a slightly longer resting time with these coffees, and pursuing a higher extraction where possible.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis coffee is 250g.
