D'Barbosa is a natural Red Catuaí from Minas Gerais in Brazil. We find a sweet and balanced cup, with notes of chocolate and stewed fruits!
Gakuyu-ini is a washed SL28 and SL34 lot from Kenya. We find a balanced and rich cup, with notes of caramel and blackcurrant!
We recommend brewing each pod for 10 seconds and using good quality filtered water for an optimal taste.
