A natural processed bourbon lot grown by Claudia Mathies Rank, and processed by Aida Batlle on the slopes of the Santa Ana volcano in El Salvador. Rich volcanic soil and expert processing from the Batlle Family lead to a very vibrant and sweet cup, with flavours that reminded us of berries, chocolate and hazelnut, with a creamy mouthfeel and delightful acidity.

La Cabra was founded by Esben Piper, and they roast bright, seasonal lots in Copenhagen, Denmark 🐐✨ This coffee was roasted on 31.10.22.

This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
