A washed geisha lot from Finca Takesi in Yanacachi, Bolivia. The Iturralde Family have worked hard to perfect the washed processing method, and the results in the cup speak for themselves. This is a truly remarkable coffee. Sweet, elegant and complex, we were impressed by wild floral aromatics, and found flavours that reminded us of peach, lychee and jasmine. 5.12 5
Coffee Collective was founded by 2006 World Barista Champion Klaus Thomsen as well as Peter Dupont and Casper Engel Rasmussen and they roast in Copenhagen, Denmark. This coffee was roasted on 5.12.22.
This coffee is 120g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
