A washed peaberry lot of Kenyan varieties from the Thiririka Washing Station in Kiambu, Kenya. We've long been fans of peaberry separations in Kenya - where the slower maturation of peaberry cherries leads to a more syrupy-sweet cup. We tasted a rich, vibrant and complex cup that reminded us of blackcurrant, berries and honey!
Koppi was founded by former Swedish Barista and Brewers Cup Champion, Anne Lunell and Charles Nystrand, and they roast in Helsingborg, Sweden. This coffee was roasted on 17.5.23.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
