This brewer features a unique concave design, and ridges to create airflow to ensure a steady draining rate. With it, we find a more enhanced body and sweetness compared to other flat-bottomed drippers.
We recommend using Kalita 185 papers for this brewer, or using just a two-pour recipe with the April paper filters.
