A classic Guji natural hailing from the Hambela region, showcasing process, texture and complexity. Some of my favourite coffees from Hambela sit in my mind with distinct and unmistakable apricot textures and sweetnesses, this lot here took it all to the next level. Multidimensional yellow fruits, stewed berries, spiced plum and strawberry, and a smoothie-like texture. I also wrote ‘moon drink’ (like if you could drink the moon {in a good way}), so idk. It’s yum and complex.
