We offer Australia-wide shipping with tracking through Australia Post at a flat rate of $8.95 for standard shipping and $14.95 for express shipping. This reflects how much it costs us to send a typical order through the provider with our own packaging, while keeping costs as low as possible for you.
We have free local delivery in the ACT and free shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $105.
All shipping costs are subject to change.

We currently offer international shipping to New Zealand only. Unfortunately there are significant delays shipping to other countries, so we think it's best that we don't offer this for now.
We ship internationally with tracking through Australia Post. These prices are based on how much it costs us to pack and ship items.
If you are interested in having something other than coffee shipped to you but we don't ship to your country at this time, please contact us at email@example.com.

My item has been lost, delayed, damaged or stolen, what can you do?
Unfortunately once your order has been shipped and is with Australia Post, BEDST is unable to assume responsibility for any lost, delayed, damaged or stolen packages.
We recommend that you get in touch with Australia Post and open an enquiry directly. Please also contact us at email@example.com to make us aware of the situation.
I'm unhappy about my purchase, what do I do?
