
Ok, we had this on bar a little while ago and it was an absolute hit! This is a Pink Bourbon co-fermented with green apple from Edwin Noreña’s ‘Campo Hermoso’ in Quindio, Colombia. Cherries are fermented in a CO2 rich environment to create coffee fermentation juice, which is re-added to the coffee after pulping, along with dehydrated green apples. The result here is a super sparkling and distinctly apple profile, reminding us of Appletiser, with a fizzy and vibrant acidity and lingering complexity!
Dak was founded by Louis-Philippe Boucher and Veronique Lagarde, and they roast in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This coffee was roasted on 8.9.2025.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
