In the opposite corner to Nacimiento, we have this extremely elegant, soft and understated Pacamara variety from Marysabel Caballero & Moises Herrera’s ‘Caballero’ in Chinacla, La Paz, Honduras. We love the coffees Caballero produce, and we have been thoroughly enjoying Pacamara this harvest. Here we found an extremely floral cup with a tropical fruit complexity, reminding us of papaya, tea and raspberry! Perfectly understated yet complex, as Pacamara should be.

Tim Wendelboe was founded by - you guessed it - Tim Wendelboe, and they roast in Oslo, Norway. This coffee was roasted on 12.2.2025.


This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
