The best Sudan Rume I’ve ever tasted. Hands down. A natural processed Sudan Rume from Cafe Granja La Esperanza’s ‘Las Margaritas’ lot in Cauca, Colombia. This lot is picked, fermented for 48 hours and slowly dried over 28 days. Sudan Rume is such a unique variety, inherent with a refreshing herbaceousness and spice that is so alluring, unique, and in utter contrast to the uplifting fruit qualities we find in their coffees. This particular batch was fruity and a bit boozy, reminding us of blueberry jam, star fruit, mango, cordial, blackcurrant with a refreshing ginger candy aftertaste!
Datura was founded by Loïc Peneau, and they roast in Paris, France. This coffee was roasted on 8.9.2025.
This coffee is 100g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
