
An organic washed lot from the Chelchele Washing Station in Gedeb, Gedeo, Ethiopia. We always love coffees from Chelchele, this lot was named by Nordic Approach using the local word for ‘Yellow’! And yes, we’ve had this coffee before from our pals Sweven :) We tasted a slightly boozy vibe whilst hot, reminding us of caramel, red grape, red liquorice, whilst hot, shifting to a white nectarine, floral and sherbet aftertaste!
Koppi was founded by former Swedish Barista and Brewers Cup Champion, Anne Lunell and Charles Nystrand, and they roast in Helsingborg, Sweden. This coffee was roasted between 10-11.9.2025
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
