
We love Sidra, and we’ve never seen it from Peru before! This one comes from Conseulo Rubio Peralta in Cajamarca, Peru. Sidra is honestly my favourite coffee variety, and we have continually been blown away by the extremely high quality lots we’ve seen from Peru. This Sidra really hit good, reminding me in every way what I love about the variety! Expect a strong juicy presence of raspberry juice, papaya, black tea and pineapple! Textural, bright & complex!
Flower Child was founded by Prestin Yoder and they roast in Oakland, California. This coffee was roasted on 31.3.2025.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 4 to 13 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container, and aiming for higher extractions while brewing. (See our Brew Guides for more info!)
