
An anaerobic washed Tabi from Conseulo Rubio Peralta in Cajamarca, Peru. This is not only the first time we’ve ever seen Tabi from Peru, but this was one lot Prestin (from Flower Child) was so jazzed we could get our hands on. Overall, very cool expression of such a uniquely textural variety, we tasted: cherry, nougat, plum, red grape and florals!
Flower Child was founded by Prestin Yoder and they roast in Oakland, California. This coffee was roasted on 31.3.2025.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 4 to 13 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container, and aiming for higher extractions while brewing. (See our Brew Guides for more info!)
