A natural Gesha from Jorge Vasquéz’ ‘Roble Negro’ Wet Mill in Tarrazú, Costa Rica. After enjoying the flavour of Vasquéz’s Gesha fruit, Prolog’s Blazej was shocked to learn he had never processed these cherries as a natural! So Ho Ho Ho, we have secured some of the second ever natural Gesh from Roble Negro. We have found a unique and winey expression reminding us of some sort of tropical mousse, strawberry nesquik and praline whilst hot, (crazy eh??) and strawberry and peachy vibes on the cool pass.
Dak was founded by Louis-Philippe Boucher and Veronique Lagarde, and they roast in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This coffee was roasted on 11.11.2025.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
