A washed Gesha from David Ruben Gomez' 'Finca El Refugio' in La Plata, Huila, Colombia. Gomez has been producing coffee for over 20 years, growing Caturra, Colombia and Gesha on a relatively tidy 4ha farm. This is a really sweet and fruit-forward expression of Gesha, we were extremely impressed with the high quality acidity whilst hot and found an expressive and understated, clean cup as it cooled. Our tasting notes included raspberry soda, grape, golden raisin and yellow fruits!
Flower Child was founded by Prestin Yoder and they roast in Oakland, California. This coffee was roasted on 6.1.2025.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 4 to 13 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container, and aiming for higher extractions while brewing. (See our Brew Guides for more info!)
