A washed Yellow Caturra from Dominga Carrasco's 'Finca El Amanecer' in Jaén, Cajamarca, Peru. Yellow Caturra also goes by Caturro Amarillo, a delicate and more unique form of Caturra. This lot was clean, soft and pronounced with lush aromatics and a transparent flavour suite reminding us of raspberry, pineapple and mango.
