A natural Caturra from Jose Ignacio Gomez Lopez’ ‘El Paraiso’ in Nariño, Colombia. Prolog visited Lopez’ farm, and witnessed their tiered drying which is set up and designed to have crosswinds flow through a covered section that stabilises the drying process. We found a classically funky Caturra here, fruity and funky, reminding us of rose, blackcurrant, forest berries, pine and cinnamon!

This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
