Well if I ever set up my own roastery I know who I’m going to be hitting up for coffee: enter Elto! Elto coffee is the combined efforts of Eliyas Dumamo and Atiklit Dejene who are creating nano-lots with their communities, showcasing some of the highest grown coffees in Ethiopia of over 2300masl. This is an anaerobic natural ‘72 hours’ lot, reminding us so vividly of the following things: raspberry, passionfruit, creaming soda and vanilla!
Datura was founded by Loïc Peneau, and they roast in Paris, France. This coffee was roasted on 8.9.2025.
This coffee is 200g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
