A natural ‘Dark Room’ dried Pink Bourbon from Stefano Um’s ‘Fazenda Um’ in Minas, Brazil. Yes indeedy, this is the first time we’ve shared Pink B from Brazil. This comes from a slightly higher section of their farm, at 1300masl, probably the highest altitude I’ve ever seen in Brazil. Softly acidic, lushly floral and one of the most unique coffees I’ve had in a minute, we tasted rosemary, berry juice in a winey and chocolatey profile. One of the most head scratching coffees I’ve had in a min!!!
ULT was founded by Boram Um, Takahiro Tsujimoto and Marcia Yoko and they roast in Osaka, Japan. This coffee was roasted on 3.6.2026.
This coffee is 150g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
