A washed Maracaturra from Angel Arturo Paz’ ‘Finca El Guaco’ in El Dorado, Santa Barbara, Honduras. Maracaturra has only been featured by us a handful of times, but we are always super happy to see these mega-beans :) We found a dynamic profile here, very floral and complex as we come to love from this variety! We were reminded of rockmelon, pear, limeade, florals and citrus in this textural, ripe and expressive coffee!
