
One of my unapologetic faves, this is the washed Caturra from Sandra Milena Mora & Hector Coy’s ‘Finca El Porvenir’ in Palestina, Huila, Colombia. This is just such an excellent representation of Caturra: chocolatey, rich, sweet, no fuss - just good clean coffee here. What makes this even more special, is they are cultivating a new leaf rust resistant variety of Caturra informally dubbed ‘Caturra Mejorado’, based on two disease resistant trees they found out of 18000! The couple grow without fertilisers or pesticides, and this juicy coffee tastes like mandarin, cooked peach, marzipan, nectarine, pineapple and passionfruit!
Koppi was founded by former Swedish Barista and Brewers Cup Champion, Anne Lunell and Charles Nystrand, and they roast in Helsingborg, Sweden. This coffee was roasted between 10-11.9.2025
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
