Yeowwww we have had Finca La Fuente so many times but never their Gesha. This is a bright and beautiful coffee coming in from Yobani Ramos and Yaved Guarnizo’s FLF in Tarqui, Huila, Colombia. Tarqui often yields some of our favourite Colombian expressions, always with this deep and dense berry connection. The Gesha variety lifts here, leading with blackberries and stone fruits, bright and clean with a touch of salinity. As it cools, we find more tropical fruits, lime and melon, bright and juicy!
Koppi was founded by former Swedish Barista and Brewers Cup Champion, Anne Lunell and Charles Nystrand, and they roast in Helsingborg, Sweden. This coffee was roasted on 27.5.26
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
