One of our oldest / most consistent releases from over the years, we’re pleased to welcome back the washed Pink B from Yobani Ramos and Yaved Guarnizo’s ‘Finca La Fuente’ in Tarqui, Huila, Colombia. High elevations ranging from 1825 - 2000masl make this an excellent farm for producing complex and dense coffees. Add a clever approach to organic and biodynamic farming and you get this: a fruity and complex cup reminding us of black grape, rhubarb, blackberry and choc raisin!
Koppi was founded by former Swedish Barista and Brewers Cup Champion, Anne Lunell and Charles Nystrand, and they roast in Helsingborg, Sweden. This coffee was roasted between 10-11.9.2025
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
