A washed Red Bourbon from Valentin Kimenyi’s Gasharu Washing Station in Nyamasheke, Rwanda. We found a distinctly floral and unique cup profile with this coffee and we just love getting to see season after season of improvements of coffee in Rwanda. This cup reminded us of kiwi, florals and dried tropical fruits!
Friedhats was founded by four-time Dutch Barista Champion Lex Wenneker and Dylan Sedgwick, and they roast in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. This coffee was roasted on 11.4.2024.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
