A washed Bourbon lot from the Cruz Pata community in Puno, Peru. We have endeavoured to feature as many coffees from Peru as we can since tasting some extraordinary lots last year with a perfect harmony of sweetness, body and juicy flavours. Cruz Pata showed us a largely similar profile, with some juicy red berries up front and a sparkling profile of red currant, kiwi and cherry!
Friedhats was founded by four-time Dutch Barista Champion Lex Wenneker and Dylan Sedgwick, and they roast in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. This coffee was roasted on 11.4.2024.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
