
A washed selection from Adugna & Morkata Shonora’s ‘Gerba Dogo’ Washing Station in Uraga, Guji, Ethiopia. This lot comes in from around 220 smallholders, and we think the Guji terroir is always something that reveals lush, ripe, round rich sweetnesses. This cup really hit with the classic Guji richness - floral, undulating, unfolding and complex - we tasted plum, raspberry, lemon meringue, nectarine and blueberry pie.
Datura was founded by Loïc Peneau, and they roast in Paris, France. This coffee was roasted on 8.9.2025.
This coffee is 200g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
